Bus leaves from the YMCA at 9:15 AM

Diving warmup - 7:00 AM

Diving Starts - 8:15 AM

Swimming warmup - 10:15 AM

Swimming Starts - 12:25 PM

Entries

• Each team is allowed 3 entries per event, except the 50 & 100 Freestyle.

• There are cut-off times for 200 Free, 200 IM, 100 Fly, 500 Free, 100 Back, and 100 Breast.

• There are no cut-offs for the 50 & 100 Freestyle.

• Relay members are declared on the day of the meet.

There will be a 15-minute break after the 50 freestyle, the competition pool will be open for warm-ups. 

Diving format - 6 dives following the required voluntary of the week. 

There will be "fly over" starts  in 50/100 Free.

There will be concession stand open for cash sales throughout the invite.
