Do I have to do anything before the season starts?

Yes. You have to make sure that you have ALL forms done and turned in before the season starts. You will NOT be able to participate if any of the forms is missing!

You have to make sure that you have your Concussion, Drug test, Physical, and Sudden Cardiac Arrest forms up to date and on file in the Athletic Office prior the start of the season.

Is there any other form that needs to be done?

Yes. You have to turn in your Emergency and “Points-Letter-End Notice” forms to Mr. Smolik.

All forms are posted here.

Is there any cost to be on the team?

There is no cost to be on the team, but you will need to buy a team swimsuit.

Will there be any tryouts?
